9:30-10:30pmGroup singing by the campfire led by Nina Lane, OR visit Parua Bay Tavern 1 minute drive away.

  • 1 Hour Yoga Session on the lawn
  • Carpool to Kauri Mountain Beach

1:30-5pmAfternoon Activities
Choose from one of the following:

  • Psychodrama Session with Sara Crane (max 8)
  • Self-guided guided kayaking on the bay
  • Carpool to Ocean Beach (18 min. drive) for a stroll, or a dip in the sea
  • Chill out in a hammock, or swim in Parua Bay

  • Carpool to Reotahi Beach for a Guided Snorkeling Tour (BYO wetsuit & snorkeling gear).
  • Carpool to Smuggler’s Bay, walk 15 minutes to the beach for a dip in the sea.
  • Carpool to Sara’s property to Walk With the Llamas (Very therapeutic!)

11:30-12:30pm Talk about nutrition and exercise for optimal health during menopause.

12:30-1:00pm Lunch

1:15pm Closing Circle and prepare for departure

2:00pm Check Out Time
